Who Can Benefit From Using Telehealth?

  • Patients between the ages of 3 and 100.

  • Patients with illness lasting less than 1 week (or fewer than 2 days for children).

  • Fevers less than 103 degrees Fahrenheit (or less than 105 F. for children).

Non-emergencies
For your non-emergency medical issue our board-certified, licensed doctors can diagnose, recommend treatment, and prescribe medication for many of your medical issues, including (See below):

Prescriptions
For when you need a short-term prescription. We don’t prescribe DEA controlled substances, maximum prescription length is 30 days, and when appropriate, the Telehealth doctor will write a short-term prescription and have it sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Some common prescriptions include:

Professionalism

  • If your condition warrants a visit to the ER/Urgent Care Center, with your consent, we may call the ambulance or call in report to your preferred facility in order to let them know you're on your way.
